We offer free shipping on all orders over 500 EGP. Orders under 500 EGP will be charged a flat shipping rate of 60 EGP. We ship all orders via a trust worthy shipping companies and you will receive a tracking number once you confirm your order.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the package to our return center:

El Sammak Store, Ismailia, Hay-Elzohour beside Al-Awady Pharmacy.

Please note that regarding the cost of shipping of the returned item is on us.

Once we have received your order allow 1-2 business days to inspect your returned item, once we finished the inspection we will contact you for the result and with the suitable solution.
